Hanahaki is a fictional disease. You get it due to unrequited love. Flowers start to grow in your lungs and you'll start to throw up those petals. Flowers, they are, but the pain is not soft as that. This is fatal. And there's only two ways to get rid of it. Receiving your love back or do a surgery to remove those flowers but along with it your feelings and memories and everything related to your crush would be removed.All Rights Reserved
