Eli Ayase is a skilled doll maker in Japan. Despite her success as a doll maker she is always alone. She mostly frequents in a bar and would always buy vodka. Her younger sister Alisa is worried about the blonde quarter Russian. One day Eli decides to go on a leisurely cruise in her yacht. While sailing on the waters of Tokyo Bay. She spots a black leather case floating on the sea. Puzzled by the case that appeared out of nowhere. She decided to open it and gets surprised to see a lifesize doll in it.

It isn't been assembled yet and all the parts and dresses needed by the doll are included. She assembles the doll and gets fascinated by the beauty of it. Things suddenly got complicated when the doll comes to life. Not only does it talk and move on it's own. It follows Eli everywhere she goes. She soon finds herself falling for the doll. Umi la Sonoda and Eli el Ayase had given laws that eventually led to the oppression of other school idol groups. This led to groups losing popularity, with each group either getting subjugated by the empire, now called the Sacred μ's Empire, or fighting against it. School Idols tried to gain popularity by either doing it the traditional way, by songs, dances and performances, or by doing things that is pretty much obscene. Those who fight the empire rushed to get the Knightmare Frames left by the former empire, while the Sacred μ's Empire started deploying and improving them. Fans of their respective school idols were deployed to fight alongside their favourites, often sacrificing themselves for them. While at Tokyo, Yoshiko had came into contact with the chairwoman of Nijigasaki High School, who granted her the power of Geass. Will she succeed and change the world of school idols?
