Not so Rosy Secret

The locals of the sleepy town Rose Vallen are shocked to learn of the sudden disappearance of young high schooler Evelyn Cain, daughter of Margaret Cain, a well-known and well-loved resident. As the local police's investigation uncovers her troubled home life and all the evidence pointing to a runaway, the case hits the back burners and the search for Evelyn Cain ceases to be a priority. Soon life in Rose Vallen returns to normal, and Evelyn Cain becomes nothing but a passing thought within the minds of the residents. All except one. Young Elly Dean Beseni, a bright but shy resident and high schooler of Rose Vallen, who knows Evelyn well enough to know that she didn't run away, and that her disappearance was something far more sinister. She decides that if no one else will, she herself will uncover the truth behind her best friend's disappearance, even if it means having to go through hell and back, shaking up the everyday lives of Rose Vallen's residents, and revealing dark family secrets that'll alter Rose Vallen forever.
