"There's a saying, my darling, that if you wish to seek death itself, pick up an iris, and chant these ancient words of: "She loves me, she loves me not", but you will not get to decide if she does or doesn't - oh no, my sweet darling, it is SHE who will determine your fate. After she takes a mouthful of your bittersweet flesh, she of all creatures will spare the last seconds of your life to say: "She loves me" or, if you were unfortunate enough, "She loves me not." But don't be aroused by her luscious voice, because the "me" she only sees, is your flesh that grinds against her teeth.
She was forged by the love of one mortal man, and with a twist of fate, a ghoul. Destiny wanted a share of her fate, resulting to the ghoul getting pregnant to a monster that the world today will fear. But nothing was more cruel than what happened next:

The human-ghoul-hybrid was born.

But before she was held by the arms of her mother, the members of CCG slayed her mother, as well as her mortal father, not risking whether or not he too was a ghoul. The new born hybrid's crave for human flesh grew, and the lives of the CCG members fed her desires. The only thing she had left of her parents was a flower now painted in blood, settling itself near the body of her mother. She took it as a reminder of her species: a half-human and half-ghoul hybrid. And with it, she covered her right kakugan eye with the flower that gave her the name that everyone, including you, my lovely, will forever fear:
