Ryond the Advisor and liaison is responsible for bringing everyone together. The Prime Minister Chevalonta is tired and her power thinning. 
Along the way he must capture a spy, battle creatures from The Other Realm, keep his prisoner from escaping and everyone from knowing his brother is the enemy. 
Will the  heir to the throne save everyone before it's too late? 
Will civil war become more than talk?
