I always knew that one day I'd be pronounced crazy, or dead, or both. But this was a whole new level to what I'd expected.

Fifteen year old Lila has a dark past, and as she moves to her uncle's elderly mansion to escape it she ends up getting the opposite.
Instead she attracts unruthly spirits that have been awaiting her, and must travel through her past to figure out where it all went wrong. But is it too late?

In a world where the future isn't written but echoed, 17-year-old Lila hears the whispers of events yet to happen - but they're not hers. The echo she's been hearing for months is someone else's life, someone's fate, and that someone is in danger. As she tries to uncover the identity of the person behind the mysterious echoes, Lila finds herself caught in a web of secrets, shadowy figures, and a powerful organization that will do anything to keep their plans hidden. Can she stop what's coming before it's too late, or will the echoes become her own fate? First Chapter (Excerpt): I've always heard things. It started when I was younger - whispers of something I couldn't see, couldn't understand. At first, it was just faint sounds, like voices drifting from another world. But by the time I was sixteen, those whispers turned into something more - echoes. Clear, distinct, and impossible to ignore. It's strange. Most people think the future is something that hasn't happened yet. But for me, it's not that simple. I hear the future. The thing is, the future I hear isn't mine. I've been hearing her - a girl I don't know, yet know everything about. Her life, her fears, her pain. I can't explain how, but I hear her voice every night, calling out for help. I don't know her name. I don't know her face. All I know is that something horrible is coming for her. And if I can't stop it... then her fate might echo into mine. Tonight, I hear her again. The echo sharpens, clearer than ever before. "Help me, Lila. It's happening. They're coming." The echo fades. And just like that, I'm left with a choice - follow the voice, or ignore it and risk the consequences. I don't know why it's me she's calling to, but I can't just do nothing. I owe it to her. And to myself.

Echoes in the glass

13 parts Complete

When Lila inherits her estranged grandmother's mansion, she expects little more than a dusty old house filled with forgotten trinkets. But inside, hidden behind locked doors and sealed away for years, she discovers a mysterious room-and an antique mirror unlike any she's ever seen. As she gazes into its shimmering surface, she catches glimpses of an alternate reality, where a man named Theo seems to be waiting for her. Drawn into a world that blurs the line between past and present, reality and fantasy, Lila must unravel the secrets of the mirror, the house, and her grandmother's forgotten legacy. But as she unearths the past, she finds herself facing forbidden love, a mysterious connection to Theo, and a choice that will change everything. Can she embrace the unexpected bonds that tie her to this other world, or will she lose herself in the echoes of a life that was never truly hers?
