Robbie is a 23 year old aspiring broadway actor who recently moved to NYC on his own despite his mothers doubts. And to his mothers surprise Robbie is making it all on his own. But to make ends meet Robbie has to take up another part time job selling insurance in an office building. But what no one in New York knows is that he's also running away from his unpleaseant past.

Kasey is 26 years old. Tan, chisled muscles, tall, handsome. All the ladies swoon over him. He is an aspiring MMA fighter who fucks a different girl almost every night. Until he starts seeing a girl named Lydia.

What happens when the two have to share a cublicle at the office?
What happens when the two find out they are pracitcally neighbors?
Will the two become unlikley friends?
And Will Lydia tame the sexual beast within Kasey?
