Before I began the ABC diet and diets in general, I always ate whatever I wanted, high calorie or not. If it fit under my limit, I would eat it. Then as I learned the ropes of dieting, I realized that it's nice to eat what you want and still have room for something else you want to eat. On a 300 calorie day, you can still have space under your limit for dessert! I hope this can help someone find a lower calorie alternative and enjoy what they crave without paying the price of weight gain!

These are some of my favorite recipes from around the web, and from my own collection. You don't have to be a master chef to make these recipes. I think those little imperfections make them look better than if they were perfect. I will include recipes for holidays, so if you don't have a go to recipe, check out the posts the week prior to the festivity. If you have a family recipe that you think is simply devine, and that the whole world should be able to share the deliciousness, feel free to post it on my page. I will most likely add it to my book, even if I've never heard of banana-custard tarts. ; ) Feel free to comment if you try one of these recipes!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Updates will be on Saturdays. **Completed**
