Facades are all too common in the ninja world, but one as intricately and carefully planned out at this is almost ridiculous. Not to mention the person using it doesn't even seem intelligent enough. Oh well; let's just suspend our disbelief for now. Everyone's favorite knucklehead ninja is here to shake things up.

Sage's Resurrection

62 parts Ongoing

"I have found you to be worthy of being my successor." Naruto Uzumaki was a boy who was snubbed and looked down upon for his entire life. For him to be acknowledged by someone like the Sage... "You will be strong enough to achieve world peace..." ...to say it was an honour would be an understatement. "What is your answer to my request?" The choice was obvious. He would not fail. Naruto Uzumaki comes across a sacred blade dating back to the era of the Sage of Six Paths and encounters the legend himself, who sealed a fragment of his soul in the artifact millenia ago. Changes to the canon story include (but are not limited to): Sasuke gaining a twin, the sword mentioned in the above paragraph, new arcs, reworked jutsu/ chakra mechanics, Naruto has a lot more common sense. I don't own (most of) the characters I don't own the cover (IIAetherVentusII does) (The OC's are mine, even if I've taken inspiration from others)
