When Stefan moves back to Mystic Falls so does his niece Jessabelle. Jesse also brings her pet "wolf" named Kayla. Jeremy is the first one to notice the wolf following him with no reason behind it. When he tried to approach it, it ran away from him. When Jeremy sees Makayla a couple times around school he thinks she's a new student, but no one knows about her. What happens when she finally introduces herself.
Makayla and Jessabelle are elementals, Makayla specializes in water, Jessabelle specializes in earth. Most elementals have mates but not everyone of them find them. Elementals that do find their mates see every person that their mate has and will be with.
