Hi 
Well I'm not sure if there is a book like this on wattpad... if there is please pm me.

This is a book about depression, not quotes, not poems.(i could possibly just put a quote at the end of a chapter, u never know )

Basically I'm trying to help people with friends or family member that have depression but they don't understand. 

I'm going to try and make it understandable.
