Everyone knows that Sonoda Umi and Minami Kotori are Honoka's childhood friends, but before Honoka met the two of them. She has a close friend named Ozaki Kei, they are like inseparable siblings.

But, One day Kei and Honoka had a road accident while returning from the store. 
Kei had to die because his head was destroyed. Honoka, on the other hand, suffered a head injury and lost memory of Kei, his family did not tell her that she had a close friend so that Honoka would not suffer from depression.
