Oh My Gods They Were Roommates

Percabeth au by @bobs_wicked_broom_skills and @ohmydamgods~ Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson did NOT sign up to be each other's roommate. However who would pass up free rent in NYC? Will they be able to put aside their differences and become friends? Or perhaps more than friends? We'll have to wait and see
