Izuku is a part of the Yagi family tho Izumi Katsumi Shota and shoto treat him like hell Katsuki stands up for izuku and is his best friend izuku doesn't have a quirk but has an iq of 437 making him smarter than everyone around him
Izuku uses this to his advantage and creates (iron man) repulsive blasters (only the glows) and jet boots that help him float for 30 seconds izuku has also created a AI known as Friday  and his keeps Friday in his visor he is also good at parkour and it's his hobby and since he doesn't have a quirk Eraserhead gives him permission to be a vigilante

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might and magnetic) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
