Government Artificial Bots (aka Aunt Gab) are caretakers of nurseries all around the country, Nitrocia. These caretakers are supposed to brainwash and prepare kids for whatever job they are assigned to when they are 8.
Once the kid turns 18 they get sent off to their job... that is... IF they are "ready"....

Satan has been mistreated since day one. Ever since her parents found out they were having boy and girl twins, they have been disgusted but the fact of having a girl. Her mother wants nothing to do with her and her father has been touching her since the third grade. The treatment towards her brother is nothing but kindness and he's spoiled with everything. Gabriel had been treated like a baby his whole life, not having any chores and everything he wants. His mom treats him like a baby, and loves him more than her daughter. Satan can't help but feel betrayed and sick at the treatment. Even though she should be use to it, she isn't. Satan tries her best to fit in but with her brother's popularity and her selective mutism it isn't easy making friends. Although she isn't completely anxiety ridden and still wants friends, it's hard for her since she can't speak. Satan meets her opposite, a girl named Angel. Angel is an outgoing and talkative person, looking to find friends in a new school. Satan and Angel become friends, Angel teaching her sign. They eventually lead to something more, which seems to cause more than it should. Disclaimer: I wrote this novel before the movie Lucy came out it is in no way related but the premise of the brain and the powers eerily similar It is the year 2173. Human beings have evolved to use more than 10% of their brain, and as an effect, possess supernatural powers. Luna and Lara Valkyrie grew up in a foster home in the town of Westhaven, California. Both 18 and having been born on the same day, they were raised as twins, Luna adopting Lara's surname because of her own being unknown. Westhaven is a lovely town, the perfect place to live the american dream in. There is only one problem. Not only there, but in almost every place in the world, human beings are branded with a number, that being the amount of supernatural abilities they possess. By the time each child reaches the age of 18, that number becomes permanent, and everyone with a ranking above 5 is taken away. From that moment on, they belong to the government, and must train in government facilities that are a lot like prisons or army bases. Their eyes are changed by machines, and they are identified for the bright aura-like color that surrounds their pupils and contrasts against their natural eye color, "the sunflower effect". The day of the chosen has come, and Luna Valkyrie is a seven. When she is taken by government guards, she believes her life is over. But instead, my life turned out to be the opposite of normal. And so it was for Chiara, Blake, Jake, Rowan, Nova, and Dijon. To tell our story, we need to go all the way back to the beginning. Before we were even born. It all started 30 years ago. April 5, 2003. a class got into an accident and when the survivors woke up, they realized something was wrong. they got powers , they got taken by scientist who started calling them the hollows. It took almost a month before they were rescued by Mr. Knight, they got taken to a secret place where they could live peacefully. that's a lie, one of the students wanted revenge and not stay hidden, so the group seperated. Every year another person got powers, and so, the search continued. But there was always one question on mr. Knight mind: Why 12 children the first time, and only one per year after that? And one thing was for sure: whenever someone gained powers, they had to give something up in return. It was never a choice. It was just the way it was. So, now that I've explained a bit about how this all started, let's fast forward to the present. It's now 2033. Mr. Knight has found 19 children, and Mr. Douglas, the leader of the other group, has found 10. That means... the 30th child is out there somewhere. Who will it be?
