Izuku is quirkless

He realizes that he doesn't need a quirk to be a hero, he realizes he doesn't even need to be a pro hero to put a smile on someone's face.

He starts a HeroTube channel that gets popular fast. He has many fans, some of them are villains and heroes.

He is going to do great things, but first let's see if he can try to make a Froppy cosplay from stuff around his house in 7 minutes.

In a different world, he would have asked if he wanted it be a hero and All Might would have said no which would have led to him being a hero. But in this world, instead of jumping on his leg and taking off to a rooftop to learn All Might's secret. Izuku actually goes home with his autograph held tight against his chest. There is no rescuing Katsuki from the smile monster that led to him gaining a quirk.

In this universe, after Izuku goes home an infection from the slide villain leads him to go to the hospital for few days to gets rid of the infection inside his body. In this universe, instead of becoming a hero, a villain or a vigilante, Izuku becomes a famous HeroTuber

He wasn't useless anymore and he was definitely not quirkless anymore. In all honesty, Midoriya didn't expect all the kindness he was receiving from his peers and teachers. Surely, the teachers knew he was quirkless beforehand, right? If they knew.. then why didn't they hate him? Besides All Might, he expected them to dislike him. (Midoriya only thought All Might cared because he used to be quirkless too.. but it was better than nothing.) However, with his friends, he was happier. He didn't even know how to act around friends, but he tried.. Even if deep down Midoriya knew he couldn't trust anybody-- And he didnt trust anybody-- he still tried. Oh well, why didn't he trust them? Simple. He had the mindset that, 'If they knew he was quirkless, it would be middle school all over again.' He was protecting himself, just in case they found out. Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Characters belong to the anime Boku No Hero Acadamia and it's creator. I did the drawing up at the top, it's not the full image though.
