EDIT: wrote this likeeeee 3 years ago and never finished it but i lowkey like what i did write. was planning on finishing it BEFORE publishing but I don't think I'll be able to finish it lowkey (hingadingadurgen) so heres this so far
A young girl gets adopted by a scientist dead-set on going back in time to bring back his late daughter
Using the adopted girl as a test subject something goes wrong causing her to start slipping, or "glitching" out of the world and different planes of existence
She ends up in multiple different cities and dimensions before blinking into the stark tower, where Tony Stark and Pepper Potts adopt her as their own as they try to get her glitches under control
Years later, the girl now known as Y/N has learned to calm herself to control her glitches, using Tony's technology.
Her father and his group of ragtag power rangers have become her family, but what will happen with one god of thunders mysterious brother, who also happened to try and rule the world, comes to stay with them for awhile?

hiiiii welcome to the story so just a quick note before beginning, this story doesn't follow the clean timeline from Marvel so other than flashbacks all current time will be after Avengers (2012) thanks hope u enjoy love u!!

A Tale of Mischief and Mutants
When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse. Reader) --- Your life had never been easy as you were shuffled around different orphanages while you claimed fake last names to survive in this world. Why? You didn't know.
