On the last case that Gavin solved messed with his head, making him slow down on his work. To try to fix the problem, Fowler transfers Richard (Nines) to the DPD to help Gavin. Problems rise, feelings uncertain, however a criminal mastermind works in the background, kidnapping androids from random places. Will the duo figure it out before they lose something important? Or will they die trying to solve this case?

It's almost a year, that the androids started a revolution and got stopped by the RK800-model. Most of the old models got destroyed and replaced with newer models in hope, that the disaster wouldn't happen ever again.
