In that march,the 5 most strongest nations:The Sakura Empire,The Royal Navy,The Eagle Union,The Ironblood and The Iris Libre have a conference and decide to create a super weapon,a mega weapon that will protect humanity and the shipgirls all around the globe...tho as faith would have it,a tragic event would happen on it's "reveal day" that would change it's fate.
