A continuation of the series from season 3. Some changes were made in the storyline, but nothing too huge, basically more focused on their private life, and less on surgery. They take steps more quickly than in the series. Also it becomes more interesting from the 3rd part, until then, pretty much the same as the series. Mature scenes will appear. Victoria, a 26 year old medical billing and coding specialist, has had enough with her current position in life.
