Izuku Midorya, a boy born into a world full of people with quirks, does not have one.
He is of the 15% that is quirkless.
His parents no longer care for him because he is powerless.
One day he gets into an 'accident' and is sent to the hospital, he thinks he is only getting treated for his injuries.
But what happens when he turns into a beastman?
Beastmen make up 25% of the population, however, humans do not get along with beastmen, at best they tolerate their existence.
With Izuku's newfound powers, will he continue his dream of being a hero, even for the people who discriminate against his fellow beastman?
