Ichimatsu has always been the loner of the sextuplets, they always thought of him as just too shy towards others. However, they never expected for him to close off from his brothers as well.
In case you've never watched Mr. Osomatsu:
Osomatsu: Oldest of the sextuplets, known for being an ass, and a pervert.
Karamatsu: The second oldest, gets called Shittymatsu, and painful, due to always acting like a "cool" guy
Choromatsu: The 3rd oldest, he's respectful and the "straight man" of the group, however he's obsessed with idols
Ichimatsu: The 4th oldest, known for being secluded and his love for cats
Jyushimatsu: 5th oldest, second youngest, known for his big, constant smile, and his hyperactivity. He likes baseball
Todomatsu: Gets along with girls, but hates his brothers, because due to them, he never will graduate from being a virgin NEET.
Forgot to mention that they're all, in fact, virgin NEETS
