The gangster of New Orleans

Michael Wright, a British gangster has moved to New Orleans to live there alone and to hide from the law. However he is quickly spotted by them but decides to stay and fend off militaristic bounty hunters and gangs. He feels guilt on the inside, but luckily an extraterrestrial being is willing to help him redeem himself.
