14-year-olds June Lily and Derek Han decide to go on a treasure hunt that might change history itself. In the duration of their quest, they face a series of hardships. Along the way, they meet ally and foe alike. But some of those people might be mystical beings, or worse, traitors.
They put everything on the line to make a revolutionary change in the world. If they succeed, they will be known nationally and make their mark in the history books. If they fail, they both sit at death's door.
Stepping headfirst into danger isn't how June operates, and it's all because of Derek they're stuck. June's going to have to change her new norm.

Let's not forget the most important part, they can't fall for each other because that just takes the stakes up, you don't just wake up and get attracted to an assassin so you can be used as mafia bait, basically destined not to work. That's what this is, a mess that shouldn't work. But it does. And everything goes to shit because of it. A story about love, assassination, family and healing from trauma.Complete
