Although she wasn't born at the same time as the rest of the academy she still had special abilities. Keely has telekinetic abilities which allow her to lift, push, and pull things using only her mind. Reginald Hargreeve bought Keely two days after she was born making her the 8th member of the Umbrella Academy.
