One thing is fair to you not others, that how these unfairly fair things happen all the time. Justice doesn't always mean equality, because being fair has sometimes to take from ones and give others. Some solutions can't run Unless sacrifices is done. Justice gets misunderstood by Us. Who is truly wronged sometimes seems impossible to know, in the shadow of law they hide. The answers for such questions, are matter of time that we get it by our own.
