It's 2045. The earth was ravaged by solar flares and droughts in 2017. Most of the continents lay as deserts, Africa and most of Asia are abandoned, most of the population killed instantly. Dylan is a young man, living in Alabama for most of his life. Since then, he moved around, settling down in a previously forested area of Alabama. A place called The Fort.
(Side note: I like to keep chapters short so that I can keep them steadily coming out.)
