A woman named Alex had the best life until she took a trip to a research study alone. Alex contracts an unknown and rare disease-causing delusion and pain throughout her body. Doctors say the parasites are attacking her brain. Will she survive? Will the doctors be able to remove the parasites? Will she find an antidote/cure in time?
