Letters from the Hollow

~Don't get me wrong, I love being a princess. There are handsome princes always visiting me, I get to ride my horse Apollo, talk with Marie and enjoy all the delicious foods the kitchen offered. I just hate being confined in the castle, lonely and continuously longing to venture outside in the real world...~

Princess Abella Rose of Adsaint has a strong desire to explore more than just the inside of the palace walls. She wants to be free!
But her mother, the queen, has different plans for her: she wishes that Abella would show interest in choosing a spouse, she wishes that Abella wasn't who she was, and would just accept a prince, claiming all of Adsaint in the palm of her hand.
Instead, Abella finds a large oak tree as she goes venturing out one day, and with hope someone would find it, places a small letter within the hollow, explaining how she feels, praying that someone would understand.
But as a man with the name only signed "L" from nowhere-in-particular begins responding to each of her heartfelt letters, she begins to wish he'll do more than understand...

She wishes he'd fall head-over-heels in love with the scribbles on a page, as did she.
