The Yiga Clan was filled with ruthless assassins who wished for the Hero's peril. You, on the other hand, didn't despise the Hylian Champion, but rather, admired him. So, when the opportunity of seeing the Hero with your own eyes came to, you agreed to the mission. It was different from the other operations, it didn't involve the element of surprise. You had to persuade the Hero.
