In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. I will not be doing the 2 famous and well known Touma vs Accelerator fights, nor anything from Railgun because I haven't watched any of that. 10/6/22 I am going to do one of the Touma vs Accelerator fights because it fits into the story and should make a nice finish to it, but still nothing from Railgun.
