Hiro is a young adult who is a certified NEET. He lived his life completely in playing games, watching animes and reading mangas. Later on, he finally decided to find a job just to sustain his "hobbies". He decided to be an author and created a story which later on became well-known. One day, on his way home, he just like any other typical series on isekai got accident with truck-kun. This story is all about the author being sent to another world after death. Later on, he discovered that this world resembles his new created story. The story continued as Hiro antagonizing the existing main hero and become the new one.
