It's 1899, and Jacques Moulin is joining an expedition funded by Newton Prescott. The goal is to be the first people to reach South Pole. Expedition on its own seems like a lucrative deal, but there is talk of ancient civilizations, myths and legends which in Jacques' head immediately means there will be even more money in the expedition. 

Are the legends of an ancient kingdom of Elok true?  Is there more to South Pole than just ice? And will the truth about Jacques just being a lying thief be revealed to the rest of the team? Will they make it to the South Pole alive, and will they be able to leave?All Rights Reserved

Short Story 4 Lily lived a happy but simple life in her village, despite the war against the magical beasts of world still raging. When the war finally reaches the village, she expected her life to end with her family. She never expected a man to appear and offer her a deal. Tales Of Wonder are short stories that are tied in to a novel I've had in my head for years. They are related to the novel and each other. These stories are mainly to motivate me and to test out different writing styles. Each short story will be written in different styles. They take place in a world where magic and science combine. The first story here, I admit leaves the rules of the world and how everything works a little vague but each short story will add more and eventually the novel will tie up the magic system. There was only one white lion left. One day, a man was caught snooping around the village. The man spotted the boy in the red scarf and just knew. He was the one. The powerful lion knew that the boy in the red scarf was him, his savior, his reason. Finally, the legendary beast met his tamer. Positive comments are always welcome.
