Across the Crosswalk
Crosswalk, sino nga bang hindi pa na experienced ang lumakad at tumawid dito? Palagi natin itong ginagawa o palagi nating dinadaanan kung tatawid sa kalsada. Kadalasan may nakatayong poste ng mga traffic lights, at kapag nasa ilaw na nito kung senyales na bang tatawid tayo ay, magsisimula na tayong lumakad o maghihintay pa ng ilang minuto bago ang pagkakataon nating lumakad at pumunta sa destinasyon natin. Marami tayong iba't ibang memorya sa mga crosswalk bilang pedestrian pero ang akin? Ano lang naman... When we were younger we used to cross our paths on the crosswalk in the road as pedestrians. And now? I don't know if we still had a chance to walk and passed the crosswalk together again. Marami ng nagbago at baka nakatadhana lang talaga na mag kukrus lang ang landas namin sa tuwing dadaan kami sa mga crosswalks. At wala kang pagpipilian kung hindi sabihin na lang ang mga katagang alam mong malabong mangayri sa mga panahon ngayon na magkalayo na kayo, at nga katagang iyon ay magmamarka na lang sa isip na hanggang sana, at pangarap na lamang. "Till our pedestrian hearts will cross at the crosswalk again..." Sabi nila, 'Time will heal'. Pero paano kung hindi ko na kayang hintayin pa yung time? Masyado na akong nasasaktan. Kapag nakikita ko ang mga alaala namin lalo lang akong nasasaktan. Love is UNFAIR.. ~~ A one shot story made out of the blue. This story was about a girl named Kristen and her loving boyfriend Nathan. But despite their love, and happiness, an unexpected thing happened. ~~ "Nathan! Nathan! Please! Wake up Babe! Please stay with me, Babe!" I was running, crying. I don't care if people are looking. All I can do right now is cry. I'm in complete pain. I'm losing hope. I can't bare seeing him like this. I can't even look at him. I love him. Beyond the highest mountains. I do love him more than myself. And I gave my all to him. I don't want to lose him. He's my life. The love of my life. I can't. Not now, not ever. ~~ P.S.
