It Didn't Go Exactly To Plan

What if they hadn't chopped of T-Bag's hand? What if when T-Bag separated from the group he took Michael with him to use for his own gain? After all Michael has been the brains for the escape maybe he could be more useful in other ways. Can Michael get back to Linc and carry out the last of the escape plan to get out of the country that he had in planed?
