Chares of Lindos is haunted by voices in his head, and war is on it's way to the city he loves. Guided by the god Helios (who has his own motives), Chares begins to construct what will be his greatest creation: The Colossus of Rhodes. This play is presented in the style of traditional greek theatre, but with a few twists. I finished this last year in a stupor while I was stranded on campus for thanksgiving break. Needs MANY more revisions, but I dig it enough to share. Thanks for reading!

"So if we don't get there soon, we lose, right? We lose Merlin and Hera will end the world?" "Camelot will end, Greece will end... Even your own world will be gone." 'You knights are our only hope.' Luna's signing really sold it. If they didn't stop Hera soon, the whole world would end. "Alright. What do we have to do?" ********** As far as the world knows, Camelot and ancient Greece never conflicted. Never associated, never spoke, never interacted. In fact, it would be safe to say that the two worlds didn't even exist at the same time. Until they do. An untold story that changes every story you've ever known. The Knights of Camelot rule as kings and queens, the first since the death of the legendary King Arthur. Sharing the duties among the six of them and under the guidance of the warlock, Merlin, these teenagers travel between Camelot and the modern world, the first time travelers, to protect the land they've adopted as their own. The Goddlets are used to living in a world of their own. As the children of the gods, they are used to getting away with whatever they want. Not used to many changes in their quiet world, they aren't prepared for what comes next. When the Knights and the Goddlets are called together on a quest to save Merlin from the clutches of Hera, the queen of the Greek gods, two very different worlds collide in a race against the clock to save the world. With limited time at their hands and everything they know and love at stake, the Knights and the Goddlets team up to put an end to Hera's destructive reign. The worlds of Camelot and ancient Greece collide in this action-packed book. Classic characters meet new faces in a complete retelling of universes people both know and love. {Entered in the Open Novella Contest under prompt 83: "This assignment requires us to act like adults. **Book Summary: Greece Odyssey** Amid the tranquil coastal village of Elysia, a young fisherman named Leonidas dreams of adventure beyond the shimmering horizon. Fate, however, has designs greater than his dreams. When the muse Calliope descends from Olympus, draped in a cloak woven from the light of the stars, she reveals to Leonidas his role in an age-old prophecy-one that speaks of a mortal who will stand against the turbulent tides of godly strife. Guided by Calliope's celestial wisdom, Leonidas embarks on a treacherous odyssey to secure the blessings of the gods. His journey tests his mettle and resolve as he faces mythical beasts, cunning adversaries, and his own inner demons. Along the way, he crosses paths with the likes of Athena, Hermes, Medusa, Circe, and more, each encounter leaving an indelible mark on his soul. As Leonidas' legend grows, so too does the tumult among the gods of Olympus. Zeus, seated atop the divine pantheon, observes the mortal's progress with a mixture of trepidation and intrigue. In a climactic assembly of the gods, a decision is reached that will forever alter the fate of both realms-a decision that beckons Leonidas toward an ultimate confrontation. Leonidas' quest culminates in a cataclysmic clash of gods and titans, where the threads of fate converge and diverge with every heartbeat. As the young hero confronts his own limits, he must also confront the malevolent deity who has manipulated the very fabric of existence. With courage forged in the crucible of trials, Leonidas rises to a destiny beyond imagination. In a world where the divine and mortal realms intersect, where power and virtue collide, "Echoes of Olympus" weaves an epic tapestry of heroism, sacrifice, and the unbreakable ties between humanity and the gods. As the constellations blaze overhead, the story's echoes resonate through time, a reminder that the echo of one mortal's valor can ripple across the cosmos, forever shaping the world

65 parts Complete Mature

After a devastating war between the gods and goddesses of Olympus, the goddesses emerge victorious, ushering in a new era. With Hera as Queen of Olympus, all traces of men are wiped from the Greek world, and a matriarchal society rises. A century later, Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, grows curious about this transformed mortal world and descends to explore. What begins as a simple act of curiosity leads her to fall deeply in love with Kassandra, the Queen of Sparta, and together they have a daughter, Amora. Amora, born of both divine and mortal blood, carries within her the potential to shape the fate of the Greek world. But her unique lineage also makes her a target. At the age of ten, threats from enemies both mortal and divine force her parents to send her away, hiding her on a secluded island far from Sparta. Now grown and trained as a warrior, Amora sets out on a journey across the Greek world. Driven by a desire to reunite with her parents and uncover the truth of her destiny, she must navigate a world filled with political intrigue, divine rivalries, and looming war. As she searches for the key to saving her fractured world, Amora discovers that her greatest challenge lies in accepting the power-and responsibility-that comes with her extraordinary heritage. - HIGHEST RANKINGS #82 IN FANTASYADVENTURE #61 IN GREECE
