One night, Lady Vanessa has a dream about her great-great-grandmother, in which a secret is revealed.
She calls for her maid and they go to the basements of the castle. There, Lady Vanessa finds a strange manuscript that is a mysterious recipe, with three unusual ingredients.
In an attempt to prepare the recipe, Lady Vanessa places three orders. In one, he invites his niece to spend the holidays in the castle. The girl arrives with her grandfather.
From there, Lady Vanessa gets emotionally involved with guests, but her employees are suspicious of her intentions.
With a surprising ending and full of transformations, the story of this book appeals to both young people and adults.
