In the moment, we often don't appreciate the greatness of what we have. It all becomes evident, only when it's gone. This almost always leads to regrets. But, we are not expected to know when everything will leave us. It simply happens, and we are left with the thoughts of whether it could leave us happily. Whether all the people we've loved and cared for could leave us happily. We will never know until we meet them again ourselves, if that is destined to happen. The hope that it will happen is the truest form of faith I believe in. To again see those who the world has taken from us... This short story is about a young woman going through a crisis, after her lover was taken from this world. He only left her with a future growing within, and the grief of how she will raise that future on her own. Throughout this tale, I want you to think about what you would do in her situation. What you would think, and how you can relate with her. Because you never know when you'll lose who you love, or when you could see them again once they are gone. It all depends on faith, the only friend who can keep you alive when you're alone. Cover made with the help of @BlueStrike

[Completed] Sometimes, exes come back, and so do forgotten feelings. And if the universe hates you enough, it's your girlfriend's first love who shows up. And as much as you try not to, you end up screwing up. Then your once guarded and secure 2-year relationship ceases to feel that way anymore. It's always been about chasing the girl who's taken. This time, it's about the one who's losing the girl, and the journey of trying to win her back. (Copyright © 2016 by vanillaVDE; I do not own any of the photos used for the story.
