My name is Lindsey and this is the story of the depression that lingers after losing a best friend. You could call it a tragedy, but along with the depression, comes unbreakable friendships, and the beautiful truth of how grieving can find you connected with that special person, who was made for you, and only for you. Lucas and I didn't know it at the time, but we've always had this weird attraction to one another, drawing us to each other. I didn't know it at the time, but we'd soon find the strength to overcome adversity together.

Lindsey Anderson is sixteen when her best friend, Marie, kills herself. Best friends for eight years, Lindsey is left behind to put the pieces back together.
