Alex and Henry are newly engaged and planning their wedding as Alex's first Congressional election is coming up. While Henry is done with being in the spotlight, he's always knew that to love Alex, he'll have to continue to be. But as the wedding approaches, it eats at him as he realizes Alex and him want different lives. Alex, meanwhile is too wrapped up in politics to see how much Henry is suffering, and in his attempt to balance being everything to everyone, turns to vice. Will this be the thing that tears them apart? How can they both be happy if one of them has to sacrifice the life they have always desired? Follows book cannon (but not the bonus chapter exactly) and takes place 6 years after the end of the book. Chapters will alternate being told from Henry and Alex's POVs. The Nazis managed to overturn the situation and fight back with much difficulty and got back the countries they once occupied , once secured they put their focus on the east , The Soviet Union . After their first failed attempt called operation Barbarossa , they took their time and held a meeting to solve and create a solid plan and strategy to overcome their mistake . The plan was terrifyingly successful leading for the Soviet Union to surrender and signed a treaty with the nazi Germany. On the Pacific , Japan empire struggled facing the allied forces , fortunately with the defeat of the allied forces in Europe . The morale of the allies soldiers greatly decreased thus resulting in defeat . Fascists Italy has made an improvement on their military techniques and weapons , causing for the invasion of Africa easier and successful . The war has ended . Next , comes the part that everyone hates ; to improve and fix the damages that has happened to their country . Facing the economic crisis and starvation , unemployment and crimes rate . Soviet Union was totally wrecked by third Reich , their military was reduced and replaced by the German's , German's bases was set up and new way of governing was created . Soviet was angered but accepted it in the end , there's nothing he could do . The united states and the great Britain was quiet , the other super power was unable to do anything . Europe has fallen into the grasp of Third Reich , Africa is in Fascist Italy hand and Japan empire controlled the southeast asian countries . They thrived . (Kinda toxic relationships , power couple. Slight gore and slow burn . Does not contains a lot of smut or possibly none at all . ) Warning ⚠️ -ideology -Sensitive topics -manipulation -grammar mistakes since Im from Asia . Etc
