In a world of superheroes and supervillains, citizens are overlooked and ignored. Damage to their selves or property is seen as secondary compared to the lives that the heroes lead. And the people who suffer the most are the ones no one talks about. In this world of extra normal people, it is a rulebook by a normal person that brings hope back to the people. Ruby Davis (as she is known at work) has made it her year-long mission to help people avoid the dangers of supervillains (without putting herself in danger of course). The question is, how long can she keep it up without attracting attention to herself?
