Nicole Ariana Spencer is a kid that lives on the richest side of town in New York City. But is being rich always a good thing? It isn't to Nicole. Her parents are almost never home and are always working. They own the worlds biggest sporting company in the world, Spencer Sports. If they aren't working, then they are spoiling her bigger brother, Nathan Kyle Spencer. She is always being compared to him. The thought of running away has been written in her diary for a couple years now, but on her sixteenth birthday, she makes those thoughts into a reality. Her parents really screwed up this time and she had had enough of them.

Meet Lucas Axel Storm. He has had a very rough life. His parents threw him out on the streets when he was 11 years old because they got sick of him. So he has learned to fend for himself and to not trust lots of people. The only person he trusts is his best friend, Reece Lee Palmer. Reece and his family took in Lucas at the age of 13, even after they heard about his 'problems'. He has bipolar, a BAD case of it too. He is currently 22 and being chased by the police for more than a few murders. All I'm saying is that you DONT want to be around him when he is mad. One night, Reece and Lucas got into a fight. Lucas blacked out and stabbed his best friend until he was dead. Lucas decided to leave New York as soon as possible after what he did. When he was driving, he came acrossed a crying Nicole. They were both running away from something, so decided to runaway together. Will they live happily ever after? Or will Nicole's future be the same as Reece's?
