Hiccup Haddock the Third is an Ex-marine. Being deployed in Afghanistan for two and a half years, he was the one praised by his colleagues because of his marvelous execution of the commander's commands, he had been a sniper for three months also. And he was just 31 years old that time. He finally retired after two and a half years of being in the warzone.

Now he is just living his life on the coast of California, peaceful and calm. But when President of the United States had a speech on Philadelphia, something bad really happens. And he was the one chosen, to solve it with his own team.

And the unimaginable happened...
