A faun named Syren struggles to live in a world where his kind is hunted for sport. His village is wiped out by faerie hunters but he and his family are able to escape. To survive, he must work for those who wish to harm him. Becoming a servant at the royal palace, Syren grows close with the Prince. His horns are cut to show his status. To all above him, he's seen as fae folk scum, but Syren knows more than he lets on.
