Confined to the Estate by the crown, Sorein grapples with reality as he aids in mending the shattered Aphyre. When a summons is placed on Iliya's head, he's offered a chance to track her down and bring her home. But as undead souls slip through the Veil and Taqrias threaten the world with war in more ways than one, an ancient truth threatens to dismantle the peace between not only Fae and Therian - but the Gods themselves.
