After the events of New York and the Mandarin, Steve is brought back into the field in Washington. With Steve mostly gone, Tony continues tinkering, and his worry only grows. When Steve and Tony fight against the Winter Soldier, they are only left with more questions than answers. They find themselves at odds, much like when they first met, but push past it to fight two common enemies; one a remainder of Steve's past and the other a creation of Tony's increasing paranoia for the future.
