Harry has cancer and lives with his mom in a small cheap apartment. They're struggling to make ends meet because of Harry's medical expenses. He goes to public school as a junior. He's best friends with Niall and Zayn. Zayn is in the foster care system and Niall is living with his parents (both of whom are rich). Niall also lives with his stepbrother Liam. Liam and Louis are best friends (they're both seniors). Louis practically lives at Liam and Niall's house because he doesn't have a safe home.
