Since her 18th birthday, Galadriel, a small and quiet Elven girl of Eluvia, has had the same recurring dream hundreds of times. She dreams of being held in a loving embrace, but when she wakes, she can't remember a single detail of the man holding her. Frustrated by her dreams she seeks the help of the town's wise woman and Galadriel is warned about a difficult adventure that awaits her. 

Enter the grotesque creature known as Farhengore, powerful and as wicked as his name suggests. As Farhengore destroys the only life Galadriel ever knew, he opens the door to the life she was always supposed to live.
