The feeling of pain and loss wasn't new for teen Stella Valdez. At the age of 4, her parents had passed away in a horrific car accident, resulting in the Wilders taking the young girl in. As years passed and as Stella got older, a friendship between the children of P.R.I.D.E grew. As they spent more and more time together the Valdez girl felt close towards the one and only Chase Stein. There was a connection between them that no one could understand. They couldn't even understand it themselves. To them, it felt right to be by each other's side no matter what.

Everything was perfect until another tragedy hit all of their lives. The death of Amy Minoru. Grief filled all of their homes one by one and soon the great friendship that Stella had found comfort in broke as well. They all became different people, people they couldn't even recognize. Chase became the stereotypical jock, Alex became the loner, Nico became the e-girl, Karolina became the perfect church girl, Gert became the social justice warrior, Molly became the quiet but curious teen and as for Stella...she became cold and cruel on the outside but was still herself when no one was around.

But what will happen when Alex decides to get the old gang back together again? And what will happen when they find out that their parents aren't apart of a charity foundation? Will they confront them about what they saw? Or will the group of teens stick together to solve the mystery of P.R.I.D.E?
