Fallen Shards

Up until now, Kaylin Deadmond has lived the life of the usual child. She had friends, but wasn't too popular, and a high grade-point average, although she occasionally worked a little too hard for it. However, in middle school, things start to change. She is separated from her closer companions, for they decide to attend school in another part of town, leaving her stuck at Dune Junior High. When her best friend, Zac, gets captured in his own class, Kaylin recieves multiple visions about lost souls wandering the Earth; and when she suddenly gains an ability to free those souls, she is kidnapped as well.
